Abstract

Incentives are the additional benefits provided to the employees in organization for their services. They may be in the form of financial and non-financial benefits. Monetary incentives includes bonus, wages, pension, perquisites, etc. Non-monetary includes medical facilities, housing rent, educational allowance and so on. The main objective of the study is to discuss the impact of monetary and non-monetary incentives on employee’s motivation in IT Sector.
