This study has discussed how the condition of calcium equilibrium associated with AMH levels affects the ability to reproduce in some pre-menopausal women. Forty-five females (20-35 age) selected with pre-infertility from infertility unit centers in AL-Saader Medical City from January 2023 to October 2023; also, the study involved group consisted of 45 health volunteers. They were nearly similar in age. The findings showed that the mean serum ions of calcium levels (4.25 ± 0.72 mg/dl) were considerably (p<0.001) less in the infertility group than the non-infertile group (5.33 ± 0.31), accompanied by a statistical increase in PTH in patients (98.23±33.5) than in control(94.6± 28.2). Also, there is a significant decrease in AMH in the patient (2.35±1.57) than the control (4.53±0.95). Our findings indicated that the amount of ionized calcium might have to be balanced in some way for every physiological function, including reproduction.
